Same Jeans on for four days, so who hasn't?

The View talk of wearing the pair of jeans for four days in their hit song ‘Same jeans…’. Lyrically it is used to make the band of self taught musicians (Kyle, Kieran, Pete and Steve) sound cooler when going out as they have made little or no effort (or possibly that they had no time, will we ever know?). Yet is that not ironic anyway a there are hardly any ‘clean’ bands members today, as its just not the done thing. From the likes of Pete Doherty to local legend John Evans washing doesn’t come high up on the list or priorities.
So on the surface it appears The View are using the statement as part of a catchy lyrical war in the race to the number one spot, in the charts and in their fans CD collections. But it also shows us that these guys are far to cool to change their clothing, I’m sure their mothers would have some words to say to them now coming across as scruffy.
